Las Vegas' Caviar Bar with a Rock & Roll Secret
Caspian's Rock & Roe is a caviar bar inside Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip, open daily from 4 PM to 2 AM. The lounge pairs classic caviar service and caviar bumps with craft cocktails and late-night bites — and hides a live music speakeasy behind the Captain Caspian portrait on the wall. Business in the front, party in the back.
Caviar, Without the Intimidation
Caviar has a reputation for stuffiness. We don’t. Caspian’s was built to make luxury approachable — whether you’re a first-timer trying a caviar bump (a small serving placed right on your hand, warmed to release the flavor) or a connoisseur settling in for full Kaluga service with all the accompaniments. No dress code drama, no gatekeeping. Just very good roe, very good drinks, and a bartender who’s happy to walk you through it.
What to Order
- Caviar Bumps — the Vegas-famous way to try caviar for the first time
- Kaluga Caviar Chips — crispy, salty, decadent
- Caviar-Stuffed Martini — our signature pour
- Classic Caviar Service — with traditional accompaniments
- Late-Night Bites — mini Maine lobster rolls with caviar, crabby caviar tacos, deviled eggs with caviar, caviar waffles
Kitchen open until 11 PM Sunday–Thursday and midnight Friday–Saturday. See the full menu →
Where We Are & When to Come
You’ll find Caspian’s inside Caesars Palace at 3570 Las Vegas Blvd S — in the space that was once the legendary Cleopatra’s Barge. The caviar lounge is open daily from 4 PM to 2 AM, seats about 50 guests, and takes both reservations and walk-ins. Come before a show for a glass of champagne and a bump, or make it the destination and stay for the music.
The Part Most People Miss
Behind a portrait of Captain Caspian is a hidden door. Pick up the phone, ask to be let in, and you’ll step into our speakeasy — an intimate live music venue with rotating bands, themed nights, and never a cover charge. Most caviar bars end with dessert. Ours ends at 2 AM with a guitar solo. Explore live music at Caspian’s →
